Dementia Care
The Beeches Care Home has been specifically designed and equipped to help people who have dementia; a progressive disease that can result in mood swings, loss of memory and difficulty in communicating.
All Nursing staff and Health Care Assistants at The Beeches Care Home have undergone dementia awareness training and undertake regular refresher courses.
Nursing Care
For residents who have nursing needs The Beeches Care Home has qualified nurses on duty at all times.
We have excellent links with Social workers, GPs and Hospital staff to ensure that all your needs are met.
Continuing Care
Continuing care means that professional help is needed over an extended period of time, to meet, often complex, physical and/or mental health needs. The Beeches Care Home is designed and equipped to help people with continuing complex needs.
We have excellent links with Social workers, GPs and Hospital staff to ensure that all your needs are met. Qualified nurses are on duty at all times.
Respite Care
Respite care, which includes holiday and day care, is aimed predominantly at people who care for a loved one, and who would benefit from a short break.
You can stay with us for just few hours, or a week or so, whatever is required. You are assured of the same level of care enjoyed by all other residents at the Beeches Care Home. Respite care is also a good way to assess the home and consider whether full-time care may be a future option.
Residential Care
Many elderly people do not need 24-hour nursing care but are unable to live independently. At The Beeches Care Home we provide a comfortable room along with all meals, housekeeping and laundry service.
We can also help with daily activities such as personal hygiene, dressing, eating, and walking.
